Hurricane Preparedness

Dear Members of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church,
In preparation for our active hurricane season now commencing, your church council is concerned about the well-being and safety of all of our members in the event of a natural disaster impacting our community.
Please respond to the attached “Hurricane Preparedness Questionnaire” as soon as possible. It is designed to identify anyone who may have special needs and to know resources we may have available should we need to take action before and following any significant weather-related event.
Please mail or drop off your completed questionnaire at the church office or at the Welcome Center on a Sunday morning. Extra copies of the questionnaire will also be available at the Welcome Center.
